Returns & Exchanges

It‘s sad to us if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns postmarked within 7 days from the purchase date and we have made the returns so easy for you!

For initiating a Return and Refund for a package:

1. Kindly contact to the customer service support and ask to initiate a refund request. The contact is as follow:

2. Share the item(s) you would like to return and the order number, also indicate the reasons.

3. Choose the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service.

4. The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier service to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point.

5. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 7-10 working days. The refund will be returned to you as either ETHE Gift Card or to your Original Payment account.

NOTE: A minimal charge of courier and handling will be deducted from the refunded amount. The deducted amount will be shared with you on request initiation.
